School Speech and Language Pathologist | Salisbury, North Carolina

As a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll help students in grades 4–12 achieve their academic and social potential. This is an on-site only position, offering consistent weekly hours and the opportunity to make a significant impact throughout the academic year.
To thrive in this position, candidates should have:
- A current North Carolina SLP license (confirmation required)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- NC DPI G License (required)
- Experience with ECATS (Essential)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Hands-on experience with Infinite Campus system is a plus
- Comfortable working on-site during school hours
- No SLPAs at this time
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech, language, and communication services to a caseload of 40–45 students in grades 4–12
- Collaborating with teachers, special education staff, and families to implement effective therapy plans
- Conducting assessments and maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with ECATS and Infinite Campus systems
- Providing both individual and small-group interventions, tailored to meet each student’s needs
- Monitoring student progress and contributing to IEP development/review as needed
- Ensuring all services are delivered on-site
This contract runs from ASAP through June 9, 2026, for 25–30 hours weekly, Monday through Friday—offering a structured, stable schedule with the chance to see students grow over time.
