Required Qualifications:
- Current North Carolina SLP License (active status required)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- NC DPI G License necessary for school-based practice
- CCC-SLP preferred for added clinical expertise
- Proven experience with ECATS documentation system
- Experience with Infinite Campus is highly valued
- Ability to serve an on-site role only (remote positions not available)
- SLPAs will not be considered for this role
What You'll Do:
- Provide tailored speech-language services to a diverse caseload of approximately 40–45 students across multiple grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication challenges
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and maintain thorough documentation using ECATS and Infinite Campus
- Collaborate closely with special education teams, families, and other school staff to support student success
- Engage in ongoing progress monitoring, adjust interventions, and contribute to IEP meetings as required
