Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Oregon SLP license required
- Open to candidates holding SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
- Previous experience in school settings preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary education team
- Commitment to providing individualized and group services that support IEP goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for a diverse caseload
- Maintain accurate session notes, progress reports, and required documentation
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
- Adapt therapy methods to meet each student’s unique needs, both in individual and group settings
