Key Qualifications:
- Current Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with K-12 students across a range of communication needs
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite—this is a fully in-person role
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services and progress
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings and effectively communicate with staff and families
