Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP license and active CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments, interventions, and therapy services to students with communication needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in compliance with school policies
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and student support planning
- Utilize a variety of strategies and technology to engage students remotely (one WFH day)
