Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- State licensure (or eligibility)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language therapy preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop rapport with students, families, and colleagues
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop personalized treatment plans and measurable goals according to students’ needs
- Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and special education staff
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Maintain timely, detailed documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Offer guidance and education to families and staff regarding communication support
