School Speech Language Pathologist - Salem, NH

Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active or eligible SLP license (CCC or CFY considered)
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but strong clinical fellows are encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with students, teachers, and support staff
- Ability to tailor therapy to individual student IEPs and needs
Core responsibilities include:
- Providing direct speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of students
- Conducting thorough assessments to determine speech, language, and communication needs
- Developing, implementing, and documenting progress on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals to support students’ academic and social success
- Maintaining clear and timely records in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Engaging in team meetings and professional development as needed
