Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Saint Robert, MO

Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in school-based settings or with elementary-aged children preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
- Commitment to fostering growth and progress in each student on your caseload
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve a caseload of approximately 50 elementary students with diverse communication needs
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct, evidence-based therapy services within the school day
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
