A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with bilingual Spanish/English skills is sought for an engaging contract position serving K-12 students in a school setting. Schedule:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day)
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Serve multiple school sites, including special education self-contained settings and general education classrooms
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments, track progress, and maintain accurate documentation aligned with district and state guidelines
- Deliver culturally and linguistically responsive therapy services to bilingual Spanish/English speaking students
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Missouri state license to practice as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English essential
- Experience working with school-aged children and knowledge of educational settings preferred
