Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and provide therapeutic interventions tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop effective communication strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Support student progress monitoring and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Adapt therapy techniques to support a diverse student body across multiple sites
