What you bring:
- Active South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist License
- South Carolina Educator Certification
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience or comfort working with preschool-aged children
- Understanding of speech and language development in early childhood settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
In this position, you will:
- Provide speech and language screenings, evaluations, and therapy for children aged 3–4
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and a team of SLPs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate regularly with staff and families
- Support early intervention strategies and help foster an inclusive, nurturing learning atmosphere
