Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Current SLP state license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience with pediatric and school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students presenting with articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders
- Conduct comprehensive screenings and evaluations to identify students’ needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating with educators and parents to set meaningful goals
- Document student progress in compliance with state and district requirements
- Work closely with teachers, special education teams, and administrators to foster an inclusive and supportive school environment
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing to the development of student goals and objectives
- Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and effectively
