What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for the state of North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)

- School-based SLP experience preferred, but open to candidates eager to transition into education
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, student-centered approach
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and engage with students across diverse backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student success
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Offer support and guidance to students, helping them increase confidence and communication skills in the classroom setting
