Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Previous experience in a school-based environment preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to creating inclusive, student-focused treatment plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services to students K-12
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents

- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to educational planning
