Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid SLP licensure for Georgia, or eligibility to obtain
- Experience providing speech/language therapy in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Background in IEP development and progress reporting beneficial
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ communication strengths and needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Work directly with students in group and one-on-one sessions, tailoring therapy to educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student progress
- Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to IEP meetings
- Provide consultative services and in-class support as needed
