Speech Language Pathologist in Rockmart, GA

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Committed to onsite work with students from various backgrounds
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans
- Conduct therapy sessions individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Participate in school-based multidisciplinary teams
- Help foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
