ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based, contracted position near Ridgeside, TN for the 26/27 school semester. This full-time opportunity offers you the chance to provide specialized support to elementary-aged students in a collaborative, educational setting.
You’ll be joining a supportive team that values your expertise and fosters professional growth. The specific schools and caseloads you’ll cover will be assigned based on district needs, with most students traditionally in the elementary age group. As enrollment is finalized, further caseload details will be provided.
Qualifications:
- Hold an active Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Possess active DOE certification as a school SLP
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Ability to complete required fingerprinting and credentialing steps before the start date
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with communication disorders
- Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor progress
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other school professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with local, state, and federal guidelines
- Participate in meetings and provide input for student success
