Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Rochester, Washington

Key Qualifications:
- Current Washington Speech Language Pathologist license and ESA certification
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school-based therapy
- Ability to serve diverse caseloads across elementary and secondary grade levels
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
- Flexibility to adapt strategies to individual students’ needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment and therapy services to students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records, evaluations, and reports per district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer expert input for supportive interventions
- Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology for school-aged children
