Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible Virginia SLP license
- SLP-CCC preferred, but Clinical Fellows and SLPAs are welcome
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform speech and language assessments and diagnose challenges
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals for students
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy
- Work closely with educators, families, and interdisciplinary support teams
- Maintain thorough records while adhering to state and district requirements
- Participate in IEP and student support meetings as needed
