Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments for a diverse caseload
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services, ensuring meaningful progress
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary colleagues to support student needs
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all applicable state and district protocols
- Participate fully in IEP meetings and provide input for student support and goal planning
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid or eligible Virginia SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcomed
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
