Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current state SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in a school environment strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet individual student needs
- Comfort working both independently and as a collaborative team member
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide therapy sessions to individuals and small groups within an educational setting
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your insights on student needs and progress
