Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also welcome to apply
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and fellow therapists
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and delivering both direct and consultative therapy
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to support student success
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in compliance with district and federal guidelines
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress reports
- Attend meetings, including IEP and intervention team sessions, as required
- Participate in professional development to stay current in best practices and regulatory updates
