- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility and commitment to working onsite only
Core Duties:
- Provide direct therapy services to students according to IEP requirements
- Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with ethical, legal, and school district guidelines
- Attend team meetings and contribute expertise as a clinical resource
