Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students, individually or in small groups
- Document progress and maintain thorough records in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Communicate effectively with educational teams and parents, providing support and recommendations
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to ongoing student success planning
