Now Hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)

We are seeking multiple qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time school-based positions serving K-12 students throughout the Richmond, Virginia area for the 2026-2027 school year. Openings are available for experienced SLPs, Virtual SLPs (VOCO), and potentially Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates.

This opportunity offers a supportive educational environment where clinicians can provide direct therapy services, complete evaluations, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help students achieve academic and communication success.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the special education process
  • Complete assessment reports, progress monitoring, and required documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers
  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services
  • Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines

Caseload Information

  • K-12 student population
  • District utilizes a caseload model
  • Caseload assignment will be determined based on district needs and candidate location preferences whenever possible
