Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement tailored intervention strategies for a mixed K-12 caseload
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with district guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as needed
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with school-aged children across various grade levels, ideally K-12
- Strong understanding of evidence-based speech and language therapy techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a caseload of diverse students effectively
Location: Richmond, VA
Schedule: Full-time contract position, 37.5 hours per week during the 2026-2027 academic year
