School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Richmond, Texas

Openings are available for CCCs seeking full-time or part-time roles (3 or 4 full days per week) to support growing elementary campuses. If you’re an SLP-CFY, a full-time, five-day commitment lets you build your career in a supportive environment. Additionally, a potential assignment at the junior high level offers a fulfilling full-time position with diverse caseloads. We are also seeking a CCC SLP available at least four days each week (from January through the end of the school year) to ensure students continue to thrive during back-to-back maternity leaves.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active CCC certification (preferred for most roles); open to strong CFYs for full-time positions
- Valid licensure to practice as an SLP in Texas
- School-based experience is preferred, but a passion for working in school settings is essential
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Committed to ethical, evidence-based practices
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students—assessment, intervention, and ongoing therapy
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to develop strategies for student success
- Monitor and document student progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt services to the needs of varying age groups (elementary and junior high)
- Cover leave assignments to ensure continuity of care
