Speech Language Pathologist in Cypress, TX

Make a meaningful impact in elementary and junior high school settings as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time contract role offers opportunities for both experienced SLPs with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and Clinical Fellows (CF), supporting student growth across a variety of educational environments.
We are seeking SLP professionals who are passionate about empowering students in speech and communication. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available for CCCs, with flexibility for three or four full days per week at elementary campuses. Candidates open to covering junior high may also find opportunities for a full-time, five-day assignment. Additionally, there’s a unique need for a CCC to provide consistent coverage (at least four days weekly, January through the end of the school year) for consecutive maternity leaves.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure as an SLP.
- CCC-SLPs preferred for both full-time and part-time positions.
- Clinical Fellows (CFYs) encouraged to apply, must be available for full-time (five days per week).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in school settings is a plus, but not required.
- Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families on individualized education plans.
- Conduct evaluations and contribute to IEP meetings.
- Maintain clear, timely documentation.
