Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active California SLP license required
- Clinical experience in school, pediatric, or teletherapy settings highly valued
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed
- Skilled in both assessment and intervention for diverse student populations
- Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, support staff, and families
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students in TK–8th grade
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services onsite
- Document progress, maintain compliance with IEP/504 and education standards
- Work closely with school teams and families to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
