Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- Active California SLP license, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and case management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Provide case management for a range of student abilities and needs
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings
- Complete assessments, develop IEPs, and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other educational professionals
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions
