What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- Relevant ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Prior experience in a school setting, especially with elementary populations, is highly valued
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with students, teachers, and families
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students efficiently and compassionately
What you’ll do:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary school students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Complete thorough evaluations and maintain documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families for comprehensive student support
- Offer guidance, resources, and progress updates to parents and caregivers
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as needed
Work schedule will be weekdays from 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM, allowing for work-life balance and personal time after school hours.
