Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Rich Hill, MO

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid state license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings preferred
- Proficiency in delivering therapy via telehealth platforms
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff
- Ability to create engaging, individualized treatment plans that address a range of communication disorders

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech and language disorders in Pre-K through high school students
- Develop and execute Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services—both in-person and via teletherapy—to meet student needs
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of student performance and treatment goals
- Engage in regular communication with parents, teachers, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and relevant school activities
