Your skills will be valued as you conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to students from kindergarten through high school. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
- CCC-SLP or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience or interest in working with K-12 students in a school setting
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards in therapy and documentation
Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of K-12 students, both evaluating and treating speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure holistic student support
- Document progress and maintain compliance with IDEA, state, and district guidelines
- Contribute to school-based teams and participate in meetings as needed
