School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Renton, Washington

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Washington state SLP license (or eligibility in process)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC); Clinical Fellowship (CFY) applicants are also welcome
- Familiarity with school-based SLP responsibilities, IEP documentation, and collaborative case management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Adaptable to evolving needs and flexible within a team-oriented environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with diverse needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services and consultation in group and individual settings
- Engage with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain compliant documentation, progress notes, and reports
- Support the development of a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere
Availability:
- Full-time hours required for the first semester, with caseload details to follow
