Key Qualifications:
- Valid licensure or certification as SLP-CCC, CFY, or SLPA in California
- Experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language therapy
- Committed to on-site, in-person service
- Ability to work alongside special education teams
- Capable of supporting a caseload spanning 1st through 12th grade
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and individualized therapy
- Write and implement IEP goals tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Provide consultative services and recommendations to school staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
