Key Qualifications:
- Holds an active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license in good standing
- Earned Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- School-based SLP experience or background supporting students ages 3–21, especially within Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) programs, is highly valued
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaborative skills are essential
- Passion for cultivating success in an educational, student-centered environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic speech and language services to a caseload of 40–55 students in an ASD educational setting
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication needs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings, document services, and communicate progress to families and staff members
- Offer guidance, strategies, and resources to educators and families supporting students in their communication development
- Uphold ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements in a school environment
