As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll work onsite with students who benefit from your expertise, collaborating closely with educators and families to help students thrive. Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP license required, with full Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working in schools, particularly in ASD settings, is strongly preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for coordination with teachers, support staff, and parents
- Proficiency in progress monitoring and reporting to help guide IEP teams
- Ability to adapt and tailor interventions for student-specific needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students with ASD within an educational setting
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), tracking student progress toward established goals
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation in compliance with all relevant guidelines
- Partner with teachers, parents, and support staff to create a supportive environment for student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as required
