Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Reading, Pennsylvania

Key qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license required
- ASHA CCCs preferred, but applications from strong CFY candidates will be considered
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy SLP
- Skills in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a variety of speech and language disorders
- Comfort working with varied disabilities and ages in both elementary and secondary settings
Essential responsibilities:
- Carry a manageable caseload spanning two nearby schools (elementary and secondary)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for K-8 students
- Document progress, collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Utilize data to guide therapy and support each student’s academic and social growth
- Contribute to meetings and IEP processes as required
