You’ll work a consistent Monday through Friday, 35-hour workweek, providing vital speech and language therapy in both elementary and secondary school environments. Key Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- SLP-CCC or CFY candidates welcomed
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings preferred
- Comfort with varied caseloads and disabilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to K–8 students across two sites
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Document progress and collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success plans
- Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed to provide flexible service options
