- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Background in school-based SLP services, pediatrics, and healthcare settings
- Strong supervisory or mentorship experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and guide other clinicians or support staff
- Adept at adapting clinical best practices to both in-person and virtual service delivery
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and provide clinical supervision to SLP team members as needed
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver targeted speech therapy to students in K-12 schools
- Coordinate and monitor therapy service delivery, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to support students’ communication goals
- Participate in virtual meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development
