Responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech and language therapy to a caseload of 57 students, including 15 with Specific Language Impairment (SLI) only
- Collaborating with a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) present twice weekly
- Managing therapy scheduling and documentation efficiently within school hours (8 AM to 3 PM; Wednesdays until 12:45 PM)
- Demonstrating strong organizational skills to address a wide range of student needs
- Delegating tasks and working collaboratively with staff and families to enhance student outcomes
- Problem-solving and adapting therapy approaches to meet individual learner profiles
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Valid SLP licensure with CCC credentials
- Comfort and experience managing large caseloads in school settings
- Excellent organizational and delegation capabilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educational teams and allied professionals
- Strong problem-solving skills to support diverse student populations
