Qualifications:
- Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- Experience providing speech therapy in schools or with pediatric populations
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Adaptable and ready to work with students from diverse backgrounds and ages
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services for K-12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to implement effective strategies supporting student success
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
