An opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to serve elementary school students in Florence, AZ. This full-time position offers a contract-to-hire arrangement from ASAP through May 22, 2026, supporting a focused caseload within a single school setting.
Qualifications and Certifications:
- Arizona SLP License with CCC required
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- No Certification of Clinical Fellowships (CFs) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) candidates accepted for this role
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, up to 40 hours per week
- School hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM; Wednesday 8:00 AM – 12:45 PM
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech therapy services, assessments, evaluations, and actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Manage a caseload capped at 57 students, including approximately 15 with Speech-Language Impairment-only needs
- Collaboration with an onsite Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) available two days weekly
- Work within a supportive school environment focusing exclusively on one school site (non-itinerant)
