Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) for practice as an SLP
- Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred, including IEP development and progress reporting
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across various grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address student communication needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to foster student progress
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, compliance processes, and ongoing student support initiatives
- Maintain clear, accurate records and document student progress
- Provide direct therapy services, as well as consultative support to teachers and staff
