You’ll be working full-time, 37.5 hours per week, providing essential speech therapy services to students while collaborating closely with educators and families.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but not required
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language assessments, develop individualized education programs (IEPs), and provide ongoing therapy
  • Work directly with students in one-on-one and group settings to support their speech, language, and communication needs
  • Partner with teachers, special education staff, and families to help each student achieve their goals
  • Maintain accurate, detailed records and progress notes, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Contribute actively to IEP meetings, providing expertise in speech-language pathology
