Speech Language Pathologist in Gig Harbor, WA

What you'll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Washington SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) considered
- Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations strongly desired
- Solid communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to best meet diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students in elementary through high school
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and measurable therapy goals
- Deliver group and individual therapy, using evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families for optimal student outcomes
- Document student progress, prepare required reports, and attend IEP meetings as a contributing team member
- Participate in professional development and school-based initiatives throughout the year
