Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
- Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric and preschool populations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in educational or healthcare SLP settings
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms is valued
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and caseloads

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to preschool students during the leave coverage period
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the school team
- Conduct assessments and progress monitoring to guide intervention
- Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and support staff
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to child-centered decision making
- Support transitions and continuity of care as students progress through their programs
