School Speech Language Pathologist - Princess Anne, Maryland

Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility
- Recent experience working in a PreK-12 school setting preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs and actively participate in IEP meetings
- Commitment to supporting diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language services to students across grade levels
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other therapists to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and reports
- Deliver therapy sessions individually or in group settings, as determined by student needs
- Engage in IEP development, meetings, and progress tracking
