Qualifications:

- Recent experience in a school setting, working with preschool or school-aged children, is highly preferred
- Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and progress reporting
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language services for students ages 3-12, supporting individual education goals
- Conduct student evaluations, develop tailored intervention plans, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
- Maintain accurate records of services, sessions, and student progress as required by the school
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to create inclusive, communicative classrooms
- Offer guidance and support to paraprofessionals and SLPA staff, as applicable
