Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Open to both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) holders
- Prior experience in school-based settings is preferred, though not required
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively onsite within a collaborative multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Work closely with educators, families, and support staff to ensure student success
- Supervise and collaborate with an assigned SLPA on specific cases
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based solution planning
