School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Port Wentworth, Georgia

This contract opportunity is ideal for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellows) who are passionate about helping children achieve their fullest potential in the classroom and beyond.
As a valued speech-language specialist, you'll provide direct services and assessments to students, collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff. This position is for the 2026-2027 school year, offering a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week across five full-time openings. While specific school sites will be assigned closer to the start date, all placements are onsite—allowing you to build meaningful relationships with your students and school teams.
Qualifications:
- Current, active Georgia SLP license
- Georgia Professional Standards Commission (PSC) certification in hand
- Eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
- Previous experience working in schools preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and provide evidence-based therapy for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation per school and state requirements
- Consult with educators and families to support students' communication and learning needs
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
